What I collect

When you submit an enquiry, you provide your name, email address, service of interest and message. You can also provide your business name and choose to include your five-question answers. Please only include information relevant to your enquiry and avoid confidential or sensitive information.

The questionnaire uses your answers on the page to select illustrative suggestions; it does not send them to an AI model. Your answers are only included in an enquiry if you choose to share them. You can edit them or untick the option before submitting.

How I use your information

I use the information you send to respond to your enquiry and discuss the services you have asked about. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

How enquiries are handled

The website is hosted by Lovable. When you submit the form, the website checks your details and uses Lovable’s managed email service to send the enquiry to my business email account. Your email address is included so I can reply to you. Lovable and the providers handling my business email process the information needed to provide these services.

The website does not save enquiries in a separate enquiry database. Enquiry details are included in the email sent to my business account. The confirmation on the website confirms acceptance for sending, not arrival in my inbox. If sending cannot be confirmed, the form keeps your details on the page so you can try again.
